- Segundo. Dirimir el conflicto de competencias suscitado entre el Tribunal Superior de Antioquia, Sala Civil de Decision y el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Antioquia, en la accion de tutela incoada por Pedro Juan Moreno Villa contra el Coronel Jose Leonardo Gallego, Exdirector de Narcoticos de la Policia Nacional, hoy Director del Gaula, en el sentido de que la competencia para conocer de esta accion corresponde al Tribunal Superior de Antioquia, Sala Civil de Decision al cual debera remitirse el expediente.
